St Clement Danes Church
A lovely Anglican Church for the Air force.
Beautiful alter and has a crypt. It was only open for the Open House Day when I went on Saturday. Not sure if it was open in the week. It's in the Strand right opposite the Old Bailey and a bus stop.

Bank of England Museum
Great exhibition about the Bank of England, it has all the old bank notes. A story of the history of money and cheques.
It has a gold bar that you can lift it to see how heavy it is. It also has a photo of gold bars on the wall when you can have a selfie in front of.
When you go in this is the bar where people used to go to pay their money in, when it first opened.
It has a shop where you can buy keyrings of goldbars and little teddy's with Bank of England on them.
They have toilets inside.
It's good for children to learn all about the Bank of England.
The staff are very friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable about the museum.

Nice shopping centre all on one level.
Lot's of high street shops all undercover so that you don't get wet.
Like Marks and Spencer and Primark, Deichman etc
Nice cafe and coffee shops.
Always looks clean and tidy and has public toilets.

National Portrait Gallery
Great gallery, it has been rerbuished and now has a large entrance at the back of the building. It is has a really large shop and great restaurant, with a brilliant atmosphere.
It is easy to find your way round the exhibitions, and there is always a member of staff to ask and point you in the right direction.
Lot's of exhibitions, I went to Paul McCartney exhibition with the 1000 photos that he has found it's brilliant well set out, so many of them.
The other portraits around the gallery are well worth a visit.
The King Charles and Princess Catherine and Prince William are so life-like.
