Beautifully renovated mosque of old Baku

This is Masjid Rayah or Masjid Fatah, but currently a different name. If you walk ftom Haram (Safa-Marwah side) to Jannat ul Ma'alla, after going under bridge, it is first mosque on your right side. Rayah means flag. It has been named so because at time of Conquest of Makkah, Prophet SAW erected flag here signifying Conquest (Fatah) Makkah.

Also a historical Mosque where First caliph, Syed Abu Bakar Siddique is said to have prayed.
