Despite the countless bad reviews on so many different levels, I still decided to seek Linxia's solution. Although there was no communications after submitting my laptop since, i decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and was patient. However, after a while i called to inquire about the repair status to which they kept saying they need to do diagnostic and will hence require about 6 months to acquire the parts. Note that diagnostic were still pending and i was hit with this vague response. Six month later, they came to me with a quotation listing countless failures(screen,mobo and charging port) with a whopping tag. They told me the laptop was beyond repair. Low and behold, a local repair shop solved the problem (charger port only) in less than a week and at an affordable price (10 times less than the linxia quotation to be exact). Stop tryna scam people linxia or maybe just tell your customer you dont want repair la.
