Nice little playground close to the main street

I have never been in the restaurant section but the takeaway is one of the best chippers in Naas and they are open really late at night.
They do lovely fish and chips as well as everything you could ever want in a chipper. Some nice staff as well.

I was doing a transfer in Terminal 2 and this is where the gate was. There is a nice little bar/cafe at gate H40 to grab a quick bite a coffee or I'm my case a nice glass of when from the really nice and friendly English woman behind the bar.
Not sure how much of a view you get but you can at least see the plane you are boarding..
It's not often in an airport you can sit in a pub/cafe and be in touching distance of the gate you are going to go through. Also the smoking room is a couple of mins walk away.

One of the largest parks in Naas with a playground, football and Hurley pitches, plenty of benches and a carpark which is accessed on Monread Avenue.
There are loads of people walking their dogs and the majority comply with the requirement to keep them on a lead. They used to have dog poo bags at every entrance but these have not been restocked since COVID.

A lovely place to walk anytime. The little island in the centre of the larger lake has a swans nest on it In spring you will see the Swan sitting on her eggs.
There are some chess tables and several exercise machines dotted around. The lakes are popular all year round with walkers and people sitting on the benches for a brief rest.
