There is always strong chemical smell there all over the building, it’s especially bad on the ground floor. Poor choice of shops but nice restaurants

Small park in the center of Novi Sad. Quite a nice place to walk. There are beautiful trees and bushes, little pond and a statue.
Half the park is closed now because of some reconstruction works. There is little shade, most benches are in the sun except for one alley. No children’s playgrounds are available, keep it in mind if you want to go with kids, they might feel bored.
For those who want to grab a bite there is a little cafeteria.
