All was going well, we parked the car and went on holiday. On return the barrier didn't lift. Unfortunately we had made a genuine mistake and put 2am instead of 1400 hours. The penalty was an extra £25. To our mind we had paid for a full week anyway but what can you do. Beware when booking, double check details. My husband, who is 73 and not used to online booking , didn't
realise it was a 24 hour clock.
We got a response from the owners and they wouldn't refund us unfortunately or give us a gesture of goodwill.
