Binder Vegas

It's a great view of the entire beach area. There's parking here. There's a little cafeteria for snacks. A playground for children. A washroom (cost is 5 Thai baht, so bring change or buy at the canteen). Wonderful views. You walk a bit further, and you'll come to the giant PATTAYA CITY sign that lights up each night (think HOLLYWOOD). It must be really spectacular at dusk or nighttime with all the city lights!
