En uno de sus lados hay un edificio ocupado y, si eso no fuera suficiente, el patio de recreo está formado por un balancin desvencijado y poco más que eso. La fuente modernista en forma de un arroyo y la ausencia de áreas ajardinadas, así como la simetría militar de sus pocos y desvencijados árboles dan mucho que desear. Realmente es el techo de un garaje mal utilizado. Es una lástima que este vecindario multicultural no tenga una plaza digna de un mercado al aire libre y áreas verdes que le den vida al área. No hay terrazas ni actividades culturales.

On one side there is a occupied building and, if that was not enough, the playground is made up of a rickety rocker and little more than that. The modernist fountain in the form of a stream and the absence of landscaped areas, as well as the military symmetry of its few trees give much to be desired. It really is a badly used roof of a garage. It is a pity that this multicultural neighborhood does not have a square worthy of an open-air market and green areas that give life to the area. There are no terraces or cultural activities.
