Fun to go hunting for this bridge. Stands out amongst the crowd of beautiful bridges in Central Park with how quaint it is. Reminds me of Rock City in Chattanooga.

One of those classic Richmond things...I felt like I had accidentally walked into the set of an Indie Horror Game when I saw this place...It's eerie. Worth a visit if you like Richmond and their knack for abandoning things, but it is indeed quite the waste of space to have such a nice butterfly garden in such a hard to find space with so many abandoned buildings.

The engine is very well preserved, although nothing is functional. An excellent addition to an already excellent park.

Last I checked there was a brand new gate on the road leading in. The five stars is so I won’t bring the rating down in case they still do guided tours like I expect they do and I can return.
