Some good, authentic Japanese options that will satisfy Argentines (as much of their sushi has cream cheese) and foreigners. Nicely presented. The salmon sushi was better than most.

We had their brunch for 2 (8100 pesos). The bocaditos were amazing. The lemon budín was good, but the orange was dry as the desert. The selection of teas and the ambience is what attracted us. The waiter never smiled and had zero personality. If you’re going to work in the service industry, you have to be more congenial.

One of two factors by which I judge a restaurant is 1) the restaurant should be full with people and 2) there should be several items on the menu that I would want. The Pantry satisfies both. On a Tuesdays midday the restaurant was buzzing with activity. The halloumi and braised lamb were outstanding.

Went twice during our three week stay in Cabarete, so I guess that says something. The pasta dishes were really good and the service was quite prompt from the waitstaff, but the food took ages to be served.

Good option for standard fare hamburgers and seafood. The caipirinha pitcher had a good amount of booze. The view is amazing.
