First things first:
(1)I strongly recommend to make sure which exact time will be counted as starting time of your stay (the activation of your wristband or the opening of your locker) and how your stay will be calculated and what is the price of minutes for overtime. Since you may spend time on shower and waiting for a hairdryer, it is easily to be charged more than you expected at last.
(2)It is so hard to successfully call them, I failed all the time. And their information online is not well structured and detailed described, which makes me disappointed.

What I like most about the place is that it requires people to wear swimwear. Of course, there is a texile-free area with extra pay seperately.

I booked the massage for 25 minutes. What surprised me is that I don't know why I got my massage from an opposite gender, since I wrote my gender when booking the service. The massage is okay, but there are better massages in Berlin.

My favorite area is a semi-outdoor square pool. Having a spa inside this pool surrounded by snow is amazing.

The temporatures in all the pools are somehow a bit cold for me, but it could be a standard temp and maybe suitable for others.

I personally really like this place and its performances but since it is a theatre house, I would also review it on its ticket service. I personally found it is a little bit problematic when I purchase on their website. For example, I checked its released schedule at the beginning of December for January, and if I checked the schedule some days later, some plays (such as Dreigroschenoper) appeared as sold-out for January but they were not on the plan when I checked the schedule previously (not substitute plays). I do not know how they organised their ticket preview. The information on their website is also confusing, you may see "Ausverkauft, ggf. Restkarte an der Abendkasse" which I may give a try there if one show is sold-out as in other performing houses, but I was told that the information was misleading and it doesn't mean you have any chance to get a remained ticket (such as at Berliner Philharmonie). Otherwise the theatre is just beautiful but the seats are so narrow and the gradients are not good enough for people sitting behind to clearly see the stage.

A small japanese restaurant near Savignplatz. Better to reserve a seat before going. The main dish was nice, but the eggplant somehow didn't take on the miso flavor, according to its size and flavor, it is for me overpriced. I also ordered a japanese YUZU tea which I expected to be somehow homemade, however, it seems to be made with korean YUZU jam from an asian supermarket. Over 4 euro for such a drink is not OK (A 400g YUZU tea jam with exactly the same flavor costs less than 10 euro in Asian supermarket).

One of my favourite locations in Berlin. I love their beef rice bowl (forgot how they call it) with egg as well as their tea. Their ramens are also good but for me not the best. It is hard to find a seat during rush hours so a reservation is somehow recommended. I remembered that they don't accept card so it is better to have bar at hand.

The seats near the bar are somehow uncomfortable since the bar desk are too low for even me with a 1,60 height. I have to bend my back and lower my neck all the time which stresses my back.

Otherwise here is for me perfect.
