Delicious!!!!
Stopped by here as we were strolling the streets of Napoli. What a delightful surprise. All food is made to order and piping hot. Perfect way to have some great tasting seafood.

Church of Domine Quo Vadis
What a wonderful small church off the Appian Way.
Regardless of your faith, the history and message are powerful.
I know some may debate authenticity and historical accuracy, but to me, I believe in the message. To imagine the time period, and to think that Peter’s feet may have touched this stone is just unfathomable to me.
Highly recommend a visit to pause, rest and reflect.

Church of Santa Maria della Vittoria

It is hard to put in words how breathtaking this relatively small, unassuming church is until you walk inside.
My pictures and the video, barely scratch the surface in documenting how impressive and priceless the works of art are along with how well preserved the years of history and tradition remain. It’s as if you’ve walked into a many centuries old time capsule.
I’ve been here on several occasions and have never experienced a crowd or noise. It’s a place to catch your breath from all the busyness of Rome and take some time to think, to reflect, and to be grateful.
Highly recommended. A true treasure amongst the many in Rome.

Chiesa di Santa Maria in Portico in Campitelli
Stopped by randomly as we were walking back from the old Jewish Quarters. As with most churches around Rome, the architecture, ornateness and sculptures are impressive.

Piazza Barberini
Treasures by Bernini abound in Rome.
The piazza is rather small and is surrounded by busy streets with cars and mopeds whizzing by so not a place for quiet. However, it’s worth stopping by to view another wonderful sculpture and will be along most routes to other places of interest in Rome.
