Satisfied with the service, the employees were really friendly. They accept card payment, which was a nice surprise. Food was also quite nice as they had a sushi I like and can't usually find it (Negitoro). A bit on the expensive side but overall good.

The room was really nice for our group of 12 people. The karaoke system was also really nice as there are two different systems available. The Joysound system is convinient as it can be taken out and used as a portable handheld to put songs.
The karaage was nice but slightly expensive, same for the drinks. Although it's very easy to order through their tablet on the wall and payment can be easily done on it as well with the machine right next to it.

Easy to order using their ordering machines. Can order for both the bubbletea and the food place from it. Could choose between English and German language which was nice.

A bit confusing when to go get the food, but manageable. The food was quite nice.
