This plaza is right where the “malls balls” are. Lots of big shop names such as David jones, pandora, body shop, Priceline etc..
food court is on the lower level. It is bright and clean. Besides the mainly Asian food on offer, there is a gluten free bakery and a coffee house.
Plus points- there are spots to charge device and the free Wifi here is also very good.
Toilets are clean.
Minus points- at 4.30pm almost all food options were already closed or closing.
When Breadtop came to Australia many years ago, they were very good. But now, just average quality with average prices. However, it is a popular brand so at least you know what you are getting. We came to this store later in the day around 7.30pm and they still had a good variety of items for sale which did not look stale so that is a plus.

Nice shopping centre with a cinema on the top floor. Many fashion shops for men, women and children and a huge DexyCo for kids toys and baby things. We really liked the beautiful huge pet store on the top level.
Food court has similar choices to most shopping centres- McDonalds, gyros, KFC etc..There is also a cafe on ground level. One thing we noticed, there were not many spots to sit and rest, unlike other centres.
Parking wise, there are lots of spaces. Free for the first 2 hours, then 100rsd per hour after. ( I think that’s what I read).

Nice enough small shopping centre that is advertised as an outlet centre. Most of the brands are similar to all other bigger centres around belgrade and I did not really see any amazing outlet prices. It was all similar to other centres. However if you are in the area, it’s nice to stop and have a look, especially if you have little kids because there is a great play park right out front. Small entrance to parking, but there is also parking on the street.
Big, modern and clean shopping centre. Because of its size, it can look a little empty because the common areas are too big with not much to fill the space.
Lots of big name shops like Zara, H&M etc…
A larger variety of quality restaurants than your usual shopping centres in Belgrade. Many of them have seating with views overlooking the beautiful sava river. I think these restaurants are the main attraction here, as many of the shops can be found in other shopping centres (with less walking to do).
For a cheaper option, there is a food court on the upper level with the usual food options, just maybe a little fancier. What I like about this food court is there are many charging spots to charge your devices. Just make sure you bring your plug as well as cable.
Cinema upstairs which is great, as well as a big play area which looks popular for kids.
There are clear signs on the street to direct you to the easily accessible car park entrance and lots of free parking. Plenty of spots earlier in the day, but on the weekends, spots can get filled up quickly especially during lunch hour and in the evenings.
Nice place to visit to kill some time.
