Big “Big Matze” Matze

Our first visit there: Friendly and fast service, nice interior, good atmosphere and excellent Italian and specifically Sicilian cuisine. We had tasty pasta and risotto, our friends pizze and everyone was happy with their choice. Good value for money and a clear recommendation from my perspective!

Good vietnamese food, ingredients very fresh, staff friendly and likable, quick service, nice and relaxed atmosphere. Quite recommendable!

My choice of dishes wasn't exactly to my liking, but that was not the fault of the restaurant at all, but simply bad luck on my part.

Not being extremely experienced sushi experts we quite like it. Tiny restaurant with just a few seats so at peak times you may have to wait to be seated for quite some time. Fish always fresh whenever we visited, soup was good, staff friendly. Pricing is reasonable. Interior decoration a bit spartan but nevertheless not without its charms. Not dissimilar to the old location nearby (although we liked that even more).

Very nice vista point in the Perlacher Forst Woods just rising above the trees: Provided there is good weather spectacular views of the Bavarian Alps!

By the way: Not a natural hill but a former flak bunker structure from WWII that has been covered by the excavation material from building the nearby autobahn after the war.
