Awesome hotel in the heart of Malecón. Customer service is the best. The rooms very well decorated and organized are cleaned every day and by request. The restaurants offer tasty Cuban and international food. The spa offers many services and the massages are super relaxing. Every worker in the hotel greets you and ask how they could help. The pool, the room views and the overall design and location of places inside the hotel are all great. I’ve stayed at the Grand Aston La Habana five times in the last year already. I love this hotel and it’s staff. They are awesome. When in there ask for Yanisbel and Daymara in the spa, Aymara, Brenda and Liz in the lobby, Alejandro, Naomi, Melissa, Karla, Kiri, Aylin, Ludiannis and Liz in the Bahia restaurant, Rosaly in housekeeping, Boris in laundry, Juliet in Public Relations and Aremis the director. They’re all five star people who give their best to make your stay the most memorable and satisfying in Havana.
