I loved my stay there from March 14 to 18, 2023. I'm Cuban and hadn't been back since I left as a 10 year old in 1960, so I wanted to be in El Vedado which is where I lived as a child; and with a view of the Malecón- the 8 km esplanade bordering the sea- to me the most iconic representation of Havana. The hotel is beautiful, modern, crisp, bright. The service couldn't be any better. The staff doesn't just smile politely, they are truly helpful. Case in point: The company through which I had paid for my stay,, messed up and the hotel didn't have my reservation, but the Reception Manager quickly reassured me that it would be solved and I was able to do an early check-in. Any question, any request was always answered or resolved right away. I truly recommend it and want to thank the staff for their contribution in helping make this trip as special as I had hoped it would be.
