It seems like the employees need more training.They don't call you back and they don't know how to process requests.when you call the number given ,the numbers don't respond when you press it so all you do is pay for the call without being able to talk to anyone.
One very annoying experience,it is stressful to deal with ANZ employees, customer service is zero.
