Providing a a convenient means of travel between High Street and Potomac Street, the Potomac Staircase is a small series of steps for visitors to utilize. Along the path, several flat surfaces are present which may be beneficial for those having difficulty climbing of simply serve as a general place of momentary rest. Additionally, a hand rail is also present. The steps are not steep, so one should not expect a strenuous climb.

As an outdoor supplementary experience to the Hirshhorn Museum proper, the sculpture garden offers visitors unique pieces and moments of engagement to view. Personally, I found the sculpture garden to be much more of a worthwhile viewing experience than the indoor museum. With that said, those visiting should not overlook the outdoor exhibit.

Throughout the area, several historic homes are preserved and maintained for pedestrians to view from the road. Overall, the area certainly feels aged to a degree. Along several of the roads, a lot of healthy foliage is grown over the roads so that they're shaded. Most of this area features sidewalks for use, although some streets are not as friendly for pedestrians. The public park is free for the community's use, which is a welcome feature that is given a lot of use. Toward the southern side of this area, the stench from the public waste facility can be overbearing at times, but this is mostly an issue exclusive to the road the facility is present.

In brief, Lisson Gallery succeeds well in showcasing artists shown. They're not afraid to bring on an artist whose work veers away from the typical. I was incredibly impressed with how well Ryan Gander's exhibition was executed.

Offering visitors a great space for viewing, Karma is certainly inviting. Greeted and helped by a warm staff, you feel at ease simply stopping in without any pressure. Interesting artists are represented here as pieces are brought together from an intelligent perspective.
