This museum would be very interesting for kids and their fathers. The exposition starts with old luxary long boats that are hundreds of years old, then as you go further you can see how the ships have been evolving.

I particularly enjoyed a few rooms showing the history of the diving equipment.

If you are not into this kind of museums you could always have coffee or a beer in the beautiful cafe on the first floor.

The tickets were 100 lira per person in September of 2022.

Accidentally walked in on a rainy day and it was definitely worth it. There was a chore repping there and we just set down for half an hour just listening.

The atmosphere here is very calm and relaxing if you could say so. Very old church that is definitely worth visiting.

The waiter was absolutely not interested in us or in doing his job. I asked for milk three times and he never bothered to drink it although the place wasn’t busy at all.

The food was so so.

The only thing that is good about this place is it’s location by the water.

We took a fairy boat to Beshiktash during a rouse hour and it saved us tons of money opposed to taking a taxi. The ticket was about 90 lira if I’m not mistaken. The ride was super nice. You can buy tea/coffee on the fairy. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. We love coming for breakfast here. Tasty food, attentive stuff and a beautiful location by the water. There is an administrator here that speaks fluent English and is super friendly and professional. You could recognize him by a moustache.

PS: if you like strong, dark roasted coffee, you need to try it here.

PPS: our bill here was always correct, unlike other places.
