Formality over rules flavor. This makes the dishes taste not even close to authentic Chinese.

Peking duck is served with Hoi Sen sauce and sweet chill sauce. Plus this duck has been frozen forever before being cooked.
Chicken stir fry with veggie is less good compared to a normal Dutch-Chinese restaurant. Meat is not evenly cut and pretty much tasteless.
One more to add is the chili oil on table, it is horrible. Any brand from an Asian market is better than this.

Plus points: nice warm towel after sitting and good service.

A very satisfying experience for charcoal grill! Meat was well marinated, fresh, and cook with just the right amount of time.
Bread and side salad are also nice.
The grill does not come with (heavy) dipping sauce, you can enjoy the original flavor of the meat to the most.
