Excellent guided tour of the theatre, including visits to the stage and backstage, auditoriums and atmospheric timber roof space, all accompanied by anecdotes and historical detail. Our guide was Sam Sayer who was very knowledgeable and engaged the group with charm and wit. We stayed in the theatre restaurant after the tour and enjoyed the best ever steak and ale pie!
