Excellent café with beautiful classical music! The cakes are to die for! The staff are so lovely, kind and very hospitable. One of the best coffee shops I've been to. Shen you visit Saffron Walden, you must come here! 😀
Thank you very much!

The guy that server me wasn't very friendly, cold anf not outgoing. A smile doesn't hurt. I know what Good customer service and the standard was nowhere near satisfactory. Management need to train some of their staff on customer service skills and people skills. The guy should not have Bren working there if he can't focus on making the customer experience nice and positive.

Lovely café, lovely staff, excellent service, nice food and drink options, great music and atmosphere 😊
It can be a bit pricey but it's so worth it - the quality of food and drinks, 10% student discount and other special deals. It's going to a wonderful charity and I can't wait to come back soon! Thank you everyone! 😊

Initially, the service was good when the guy took my order and prepared my cappuccino.

When I had forgotten to ask for a stirrer, I came back and the guy ignored me completely and didn't even look in my direction when I was right in his direction. I had to hold back and felt annoyed. The other guy couldn't have been bothered to help me. I then repeatedly again asked nicely, he eventually helped me but it shouldn't have been that hard and spoke to me coldly and was not very warm. This was such a let down!
