Very peaceful. Lots of benches outside to have a break from the hustle and bustle.
Inside, a veritable who's who of performing arts stars memorialised, Diana Rigg's brought a tear to my eye.
Lovely people when I stopped by, very friendly and welcoming.

Only went to charge my car.
PodPoint, technically for employees only, but empty at the weekend. Keep your eyes peeled for the building name as GMaps does NOT take you to the charge points.
7kW, app and credit required.

Savoy Theatre

Very unusual in terms of most London theatres in that entering in at street level (The Strand), the theatre actually goes down and surprisingly deep.
Good views though and reasonable legroom for an average (175cm) height person like myself.
We saw "Plaza Suite", which we thought was very well performed, despite some negative reviews from when it first opened.
The first act (and first half) was pretty heavy going, but the second act (of three) was a delight with both Matthew Broderick and Sarah Jessica Parker in tip -top form.
