Montaza Palace, palace and museum. It is located in the center of Alexandria, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Unfortunately, you cannot enter the palace, but you can really enjoy the royal garden, which is impossible to describe in words. Everything is so neat, clean, beautiful. And if the expectations were that the palace and the park would be beautiful, the reality surpassed all expectations, the most beautiful thing in Alexandria. You can easily spend the whole day here, walking, enjoying the seaside, lying under the date palms.

Serapeum of Alexandria, also one of the must-see ancient sites, do not miss it if you are visiting Alexandria. Tickets are paid by card, and it is recommended to arrive early, especially if you are in the summer months. A nice path for walking around the site, enjoying the architecture and admiring the building skills of such a distant period.

Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa - Seven Wonders of the Middle Ages, a place where the influences of Egyptian (Pharaonic), Greek (Hellenic) and Roman cultures are mixed. A must stop if you are visiting Alexandria. The site is from the 2nd century AD, very well preserved. An indescribable experience as you descend the circular stairs, and explore the tombs, enjoying ancient architecture and art. It is recommended to come early in the morning and avoid the crowds. One small note, from this location you can walk to Pompey's pillar, it's only about 10 minutes away.
