One of the more pleasant U-Bahn stations in Berlin. Clean, new, close to the surface (less steps to access the platforms). If you are heading in the direction of Hönow and closer to this station than Alexanderplatz, I would suggest getting the train here as it is typically less crowded

Not the biggest Uniqlo I have been in, and oddly you need to access it via the street (it is not in the Mall of Berlin). Men’s & kids cloths are on the second floor. I picked up some nice Japanese themed print tshirts while in Singapore, but unfortunately could not find them here.

Overall it is a well placed shopping center, train station across the main street, loads of parking (first three hours are free), plenty of name brand shops, big elevators which are great for people with mobility issues. My only issue was that the food court is small with only 6 or 7 vendors, and not much seating, thus the 4 stars

Good food, friendly service, nice sitting outside as the street is not really too busy and it is nice and green in the summer

After dinner we popped in for a drink. First the service was top notch and my wife’s cocktail arrived quickly, as did our other non alcoholic drinks for the rest of us. The view is interesting as you overlook the Singapore parliament building and numerous other government structures, a canal and into the working district near Raffles.
Prices: ok, typical for establishments of this sort in Singapore, but for Europeans they can be a bit much. The cocktail cost 28$ to give you an example. Also, they only take card payment. Another thing to note is last call is around 11pm, which for Berliners about the time you decide to finally leave for a night out! That takes getting use to. There is a kitchen service, but that closes around 9.30pm from what I gathered.
