A mall with many small stores of cheap products. From clothes to cosmetics to cellphones, all fresh from China at a bargain price (and questionable quality).

Actually, on the Paraguayan side of the border, this outlet store carries many different brands, almost all of them are the same as in their neighbor Shopping China. Except that Shopping China had better prices. Well, this one has a Raulito empanada shop on the food court, and that may be worth a visit.

Once in a blue moon they will have something that you can't find in Shopping China, so it's worth a visit if you have the time.
