Feels like luxury and clean, but many stores are still not open, easy access

It is a nice area to see and enjoy
If you are a little lucky you can see the cloud sea under your view
Mostly cold at other seasons except summer
The road is good enough to climb with your sedan car
There is a village at the top, and also shops to buy groceries
Dont expect high level hotels but there are houses for rent

One of the best mall designs in Tehran,
There is a hypermarket, clothing stores, playground for children and adults, parking, food court and some more

The first impression is about design which is very much good and admirable,

Stores are good especially for formal clothes, there are not well-known brands inside but there are Iranian brands,
You can find something if you try
Rates are a bit more than other areas in city

Elevators are disaster!!! You have to wait too much even in regular days,
God help you, if you have a baby seat car and have to go with elevators! You have to wait at least 30m!!

The restaurant floor is not fully activated, there are just 2 of them, which one of them we tried was awful with high rate
