Sadly the worst beef I had in Japan. The steak is too tough. Rare at first but after letting it cook for a while, it became too tough. Is it my skill issue? Maybe. Come here for the desserts maybe, as recommended by other reviewers. The coffee just tastes like water unfortunately.
The only hawker centre tourists know, but I’ll review it objectively. The roasted meat stall is actually not bad, especially the char siew. But it costs $7, to a broke student, it’s 2 meals. Friends said the dumplings from Chinese stall are nice. seats wise, max round table only 6 seats, if you have 7 pax, someone has to sit on a stool, usually the latest.
Just a small waterfall attraction. Way smaller than I expected. Nothing much to see, only waterfall and sunset. There is an admission fee.
Overly commercialised temple. It’s a temple for tourist to visit but you will never feel the vibes of a real Taoist temple. But their gifts are of good prices so I would recommend you buy some. Very convenient and located near night markets to go.
Had no expectations but was impressed. Kimchi stew was flavourful. Loved the Japchae even though it was served wrongly to us. Fried chicken was normal. Their pancakes had too much flour and we couldn’t taste the filling at all. I guess it’s a hit or miss depending on the dish you ordered. Suggest you to read the reviews thoroughly before making your order. it’s halal.
