Free car park a couple of minutes walk from the Town centre. Disabled parking bays are wheelchair accessible. A lot of parking places in relatively small area. Can be difficult to manoeuvre if your in a larger vehicle

2017 was the 50th anniversary of this firework display and it's never been cancelled despite some horrific weather. Very good display done to music. Burger van on site. Music before and after display. If you buy ticket in advance it saves the long queue to pay to get in. Plenty of free parking in town centre car parks.

Fascinating collection of Rushdens past. Well worth a visit if you are new to the area and are interested in the Towns heritage
