Scheduled a tour to see these apartments today:
- There were no signs to indicate the office whatsoever, it was unit 21 in the second building not even facing the road
- the door was locked, no one was there
- called Trinity Property Consultants...they saw I was indeed scheduled, but they did not have any way to directly contact their agent that should have been on the property
The first person I spoke with said they would come out to meet me as soon as they could. I waited a half hour in the cold, hovering in and out of the laundry room with the poor residents coming in doing their laundry. I looked like a weirdo.
I called again after a half hour, got a different person who couldn't contact anyone directly...
*Bonus* I noticed that window sills were in a fine state of moldy disrepair.
Their properties AREN'T as walkable as others for around the same price and zero amenities. This is an awful deal. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

It’s very unhealthy apartment. My kids always got sick.
It was renovated, looking nice but in the winter there’s mold started coming up and got out of control. All corners and some part of ceilings as well.
It’s old 1960s apartment I heard. And there’s no natural air flow because apartment is facing one one side.
Roaches out of control in summer.
Heat doesn't stay. Electricity bill is $250 - $300 in winter.
