Gerne wieder.
The stories and the performances were great, some stronger than the others but overall they made for quite a good experience.

For tickets you should check their website and pay close attention on whether you’re booking for a German or English tour.
Very interactive and kind & friendly staff.

However, the whole booking process ruined the experience as I am an English-Native speaker. When booking the tickets, within the description it says the tour is available in either German or English - but they didn’t specify the dates they are on. So I was under the impression they run English tours throughout the day. Then come to find out they only do it on weekends and I came on a weekday. Luckily I had a friend who was able to translate for me, but they should include this in the description when booking instead of just on the FAQ page as it can be very misleading. Hopefully I will have a better experience with the Berlin one.
Das erste mal dort gewesen. Etwas ganz Besonderes. Theater ( Musik ) im Schiff.
Herrlich. Es hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht.
Ab jetzt öfter !!!
First of all I have to make it clear that the review goes to the place, not the show. The show was excellent.
About the place...it is next to the U3 station so you can get there very easily. You get off at Saint Pauli station and walk for only 200 m. Unfortunately, the rows of seats are quite low, so if you do not have a first row seat you cannot sit conveniently and watch the show.
Actually, my neck hurt because I had to keep my head up to see the stage...
The staff is helpful and pleasant on the whole but some of them can be quite impolite. I was standing outside the stage door to meet my favourite actor and it started snowing. I went under a shed next to the door to avoid the cold and the snow and there was this "gentleman" who came from inside and asked me to go away because the shed was for staff only! I explained that there was no one else there (!) and it was snowing but he insisted that come rain or shine I had to wait in the snow... Then he took his bicycle and left!
I found this rude and embarrassing. In my country, you do not ask a lady to wait in the rain or snow for absolutely no reason...
This place is basically a sequence of small theatrical performances.
They are not very convenient, some parts are overdramatic (Oscar the dog), and the timeline is messed up (first room was about times of Napoleon, fourth room was about Black Death).
I assume it could be entertaining for children, but for adults there was not much to see.

I've accidentally booked an English performance because the language of webpage for some reason defines the language of booked performance.
The language of webpage should not define the language of booked performance!
Also, English didn't feel right in this context, I am not sure if it is my bias or actors should work on their pronunciation.

Service choice for hosting photo is awful.
No wardrobe.

Considering the quality, this whole thing also feels overpriced.
We were there on Saturday morning with the English group. It was exactly as the reviews said - an amazing and crazy experience.

The staff were sweet and kind, with great acting talent. Some of the people in the group participated in the scenes, which was slightly creepy but still fun.

It is located in the Miniaturwunderland building, which is also worth visiting if you are in Hamburg.

Definitely worth a visit.
Nice atmosphere, easy to access and a comfy lounge
Final countdown for a good musical..
Great I already loved the English version and the German one is also very good 👍🏻 would recommend it as long it's still in Hamburg
Absolutely phenomenal - the actors were exceptional, especially George Washington and Angelica Schuyler. This was far and away above the London production!
Absolutely brilliant! The cast was spectacular and so very talented. Even though I don't speak German, I'm very familiar with the English version so I knew what was going on. It was really well done.
A wonderful theatre with comfortable seats. The musical Hamilton was amazing as well. There's only one problem: not enough toilets. The line during the break was way too long.
Are you planning to have at least 1 show in English... Just 1!!! :'(
High level musical, comfortable seats.
went to a show last Friday, just to find out that Hamilton and Burr were both played by walk ins. Very disappointing, since both couldn’t rap/sing and didn’t really bring any passion into playing this wonderful masterpiece of a musical. At that point I was wondering why they didn’t just cancel the show since everybody I talked to after the show were really disappointed as well.
Texted the Stage Entertainment support right after, asking if it’d be possible to get new tickets since we paid almost 300€ for a really disappointing show. Support hasn’t replied and probably won’t any time in the future.
Really sad to see that all they care about is money instead of actually making fans of the franchise happy.
Best of 2022 - another great show. You are all brilliant and I hope you will all go far 🤩
Entrance a bit small. But quality of what is presented.
Superb equipment, great stage !
Most shows are by the musical school ,stage school' --> the performers are not professionals yet - but check that out before you go.
The audience's seating is fairly comfortable, not too many seats either --> vision is good.
There's a bar and a little outside seating area for the pause; clean bathrooms.
Easily reachable by public transportation - ten minute footwalk from altona station.

Overall: fun experience for theatre lovers as well as rookies because the show is usually a quality act but it remains affordable.
Best Crime/Thriller themed theater in Hamburg
Amazingly great acting, singing & performing overall. Very good drinks in the break, nice athmosphere & happy employees. :-D
First of all: Only for people with an at least basic understanding of German. Then: The seats will kill you as they are really uncomfortable. But other than that: We had a special und very entertaining night. Of course especially my German friends as they got all the humour...
Great young performance who give everything they can to make wonderful evenings
Nice place with special flair
Big Christmas Show: Nov 2018: More awesome! Great show, well put together, highly entertaining. These folks are really great!

Fame: Sept 2018: Awesome! What a bunch of talented individuals, great show!
They show Edgar Wallace theatre. Very funny and well played. Liked it.
