I must share my experience with you currently food quality is soooooo bad your chicken biryani was always our favourite at home since this yr is not the same I picked up this time it’s not fresh at all your Alfredo pasta is 10/01 kindly hire a good chef for Italian and for Chinese your plaou is 10/ 00 s there is no flavour just a boil rice without salt with chicken leg waste of money
Food was delicious, but I was not happy with the service. So many waiters and their manager were there but I got my biryani and haleem after 25 minutes. But overall I must say good place and very convenient location.
If you're in Karachi and craving biryani and kulfi, Karachi Foods is the place to go. With its delicious food, it promises a dining experience that will leave you planning your next visit before you even finish your meal.

Just served cold Fries, on complaining changed but served again cold....when argued Manager said that we serve cold like this always..... questioned him if you have served fresh then must be hot so does it mean that you are serving stale?? Reply was again same that we serve like this.....
ordered Chinese with rice a day ago ....the quantity was so less...on complaining, no action.,....ordered tea and it was served half cup .... On complaining no action but lame excuses only.....very pathetic

Food was Good But the service and Vary poor customer dealing. Waiter don’t have any training to deal with customers, after 4 to 5 complained they switched on only one AC on entire floor. All the kids are sweeting and they ask ON TO KIYA hai. So saad and vary disappointed. Its batter to take away, i don’t recommend dining
It has been the worst hotel since a few months. No any facility is being provided during iftar specially. Even the dates are being given as per person. The price has been so high as compare to food and environment. We felt sad to come here, hopefully we will not make such consensus ahead. We might had a good iftar and dinner in that money somewhere else 😢🙃🤮
Tried their different items but their haleem and biryani are consistently delicious, making it a great place for dining in. However, it tends to be crowded with families, resulting in occasional waiting times. While it's a suitable spot for families, the seating arrangement should be improved to create a more pleasant environment, as the noise level is overwhelming with everyone seating closely together.
