Freindly staff 300 mtrs to shopping centre with supermarket, food court and bank. Room has a fridge and good cable TV selection free coffee available 24hrs. 3 off street parking spots available. Rooms facing street can be noisy from traffic in the mornings.
Colin has created a very modern and welcoming spot in the city. It is so convenient for me being located in the area I grew up, near to my friends and eateries and transportation.
His staff is also incredibly friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend to anyone again and again.

P.S...the shower fixture is amazing.
