Staff not really motivated neither at the reception nor at the restaurant aurora during breakfast. Room cleaning was not good during the 3 nights . Positive is the pool area and the quality of the food during breakfast and the free parking

Our family comes here every Easter holiday. Excellent location, wonderful hospitality, delicious breakfast. Very decent for a short city break and Family vacation.

We stayed in this hotel around valentines mainly to use the spa area. It was a nice surprise that the entrance to the spa facilities was included in the price unlike many other 5 star hotels who charge an extra fee. Although the spa area could use some TLC we enjoyed it, it is well organised and the pressures on the jets are great. We decided to have dinner in the hotel and that was really our mistake as it is off season at this time of year. Dinner was way below the standards you would expect from a restaurant in a five star hotel, or any hotel or restaurant. I decided on the set menu, first course was soup - I was eerily suspicious of the quality, it tasted like it came out of a package, the main was feta stuffed lamb, the whole dish was clearly microwaved, not to mention the portions. The dessert table included jello (jello???) and some whipped dessert along with a selection of stale cakes. It really was unacceptable. We were not looking forward to breakfast but breakfast was really a surprise after teh terrible dinner, fresh orange juice was available as well as smoked salmon. A good quality breakfast with enough of a selection to keep everyone happy. I would visit the hotel again for the spa and the breakfast, I would advise to eat out though!
