Been to this place couple of times. The food standard drop drastically. Bought a burger but the patty was just dry. Service was good. The manager kept checking on us to make sure everything was ok. Did not take a photo of the burger as we indulged in it almost immediately.
Dinner was quite expensive, about $25-30 per person. With such a price tag, I would expect the food to taste good. We have ordered Wagyu Burger, Jambalaya Stew, Sausage Platter and Tandoori Chicken Pizza mixed with Quattro Formaggi Pizza (you will pay for the more expensive option if mixing half and half).
Unfortunately, the taste of the food did not live up to the price in my opinion. Wagyu Beef Burger, Sausage Platter, Jambalaya Stew and Pizza all just tasted average. There was nothing special about any of these dishes that would make me remember it. Apparently the menu for the Jambalaya Stew also changed. A friend did not expect the stew to be dry, as he ate a “soupy” one about 2 years ago.
Overall, you can get better food with 1/3 of the price. Not really satisfied with my visit.
Edit: They have refunded our meal after our feedback. I added another star in recognition of their service.

The highlight of our meal was the pork knuckle, which could easily double as a paperweight. Hard, dry, and clearly overcooked, it was the gastronomic equivalent of chewing on a piece of seasoned wood. But hey, if you’re into jaw workouts, it’s perfect!
Then there was the mustard. Who knew mustard could develop such a complex and tangy flavor after being expired for two months? It was like a fine wine, aged past its prime and into a realm of taste that’s best described as "scientific curiosity."
And the pizza—oh, the pizza! We ordered a margarita pizza expecting a delightful combination of sun-dried tomatoes and basil leaves, as per the menu. What we received was a creative reinterpretation: a plain cheese pizza with large chunks of fresh tomato. Perhaps they’re pioneering a new culinary movement where menus are more of a suggestion than a guideline?
In summary, if you enjoy surprises and believe food should be an adventure, this is the spot for you. Just don’t bring high expectations… or any expectations at all.
A ruined Father’s Day Celebration.
Bon appétit!

I found the jambalaya to be a bit on the salty side. The pizza was decent, but not exceptional. Unfortunately, the BBQ pork rib was quite dry. On a positive note, the burger was fairly enjoyable. The service, however, was excellent.
Been coming to this place across the many years and I must say I really love the location across Tanjong Rhu and just beside the Indoor Stadium. Service is always good here although during weekend peak hours it can get busy naturally. Great thing is there an outdoor seating option too if it’s not too hot. The beer and wine are always on point. We will be back again soon to eat the food here again. Thank you! 🙏🏻
Dined from 7:30-8:30 on a Saturday night. Very slow and few servers on. No events going on at the stadiums so I suppose their business if very reliant on that.
Family had the following food: kids burger meal, 4 cheese pizza, Caesar salad and Korean fried cauliflower. I also had a flight of beers.
As usual the beers were all very ok. As a avid home brewer and a chef, I feel that their beers are never great, but always ok, and consistently so. Ok enough to enjoy and at least I know what the expectation is. With that said, they are severely overpriced for the quality you get.
For anyone out there looking for great craft beer, there are many places to go that serve far better beer than brewerkz. A fee off the top of my head would be sgtaps, Shawn’s beernest, alchemist, smith street taps, and many more with wonderful brews at a lower price tag.
The food.
The good: pizza was pretty good. Crisp crust and undercarriage, nice flavor to the cheese blend. No complaints . Cauliflower was meh. Not very crisp and not nearly enough sauce, like it was gently sprayed on with a mister, I’ve had much much better, but was not bad. The kids burger was fine.
The bad: chicken Caesar. One of the worst salads I’ve ever seen. Mixture of iceberg and arugula. Nothing wrong with those greens but not for a Caesar. Tiny pale croutons, fatty chicken thigh. And the worst part read the dressing. Tastes like old oil someone sprinkled a pinch of Parmesan cheese in. Whomever made that dressing had absolutely no idea what they were doing. There was no acidity, no flavor from anchovy, pepper lemon or even salt! Absolutely gross and my wife tried but could not eat it. We even asked for dressing on the side to see if maybe it just wasn’t dressed enough, and tasting it by itself was so much worse. Absolutely disgusting.
Lastly, one of the cooks kept coming and hanging out in the dining room in his dirty unbuttoned chef coat. Very unprofessional, and it took quite a while to get servers attention.
2 stars for for atmosphere as it’s on the water, but the interior is not nice and looks like a 7-11 with two giant beer coolers in the middle.
1 star for service as our server didn’t understand we wanted a different dressing, came back out with the same dressing and walked away before we could realize it was. Also the dirty cook.
3 stars for food as most items were just ok. Pizza was the only stand out good item and salad was a downright abomination to food.
I will not be back to this Brewerkz, and likely not to any at this point. Overpriced beer and underwhelming food, that’s what I now associate with this place.

After morning kayaking, walk over from Tanjong Rhu and decided to have lunch here. I ordered truffled scallop pasta and it was really awesome! Worth the try. My friend and I also ordered sample set of 4 craft beer to try since we cannot decide which one to drink, so we ordered 2 sets and we have 8 flavours to try! My favourite definitely will be the one that have coffee and chocolate! Coffee chocolate beer I called it...
Das Bier wird im Brewerkz gebraut. Teilweise etwas sonderbare Mischungen aber sehr gut. Das Essen ist eher Barfood.
