Jurassic Park Rapids Adventure at Universal Studios Singapore is a thrilling water ride set in a prehistoric world filled with animatronic dinosaurs. Passengers embark on a raft journey through dense jungles, encountering various dinosaur species and dramatic scenes, culminating in an exciting drop. It's a must-try for adventure seekers and fans of the Jurassic Park franchise.
From the land of mummies we went on to the Jurassic Era and bookmarked two of the rides modelled after The Jurassic Park franchise. Shuffling between two of the popular rides with extra long queues, we decided to head to the Jurassic Park Rapid Adventure, a water ride that takes us through a series of rapids with some thrilling drops and amazing animatronics. After braving the queue We strapped ourselves in the round bumpy boat and cascaded down to the rapids that took us across some curious onlooking animatronic dinosaurs only to speed up and enter a tunnel which took us up a few level with raising water levels, to realize a T-rex waiting on top of the tunnel roaring, thrilling but expected. There were designated seats which were marked that you will get wet and we steered clear off that, even though we had secured our valuables in a paid locker. We mildly got wet and exited out of the ride thinking if it was worth the wait of more than an hour. What was interesting was a set of blow drying chambers (refer to the picture) that will help you get dry within minutes, such a convenience after this water ride, so we headed that way only to realize the charge associated with it and we skipped. Without much thought we did not want to waste more time so we queued up for the next ride, the Canopy Flyer, that was a hanging roller coaster that took us for a birdseye view of the Jurassic world, it was fun with a few drops and twists and turns, but again made us wonder was it worth all the wait of over 40 minutes. A quick tip, either do this first after reaching the park early in the morning, after cylon, and if you are short on time, you can totally skip it
If you are riding this, be ready to get soaked. But it was fun. It guides you through a water ride and lets you be a part of the movie where you visit the seemingly normal jurasic park. And then you find a twist in the story where everything goes downhill. The concept is very nice. It was not very dangerous or thrilling, but it was fun to do.

Be ready to get wet! We q-ed for 1 hour plus but it was worth it. Had my poncho on but shoes were wet though (can lift up the feet to keep dry but it is not easy during the rides). They also have drying pods outside for 5 sgd.
Nice ride. Often high queue on weekend and after noon. Prepared to be wet. Tips on single adventurer, pick single rider queue, not up to 5 mins to get to the ride.
