On a Sunday afternoon when the place was booked with just 12 guests, they could not serve us at all. With just one server the food came one plate after another. By the time everyone would be served the food would become cold . They didn't have staff to serve us all at once. It was not expected at a place like Haaochi.
Forget that they didn't even lower the temperature despite being told that it wasn't comfortable for us at all.
We had met for a reunion and were so excited. Sad the experience was. I wish they had made our experience memorable.

Good location on the Juhu Beach,Nice Ambience but needs renovation,Yummy Food, Lively atmosphere, good service and variety of food.Love to visit again

Had lunch at Haochi
Loved the experience the first time and the second was not that great service wise!
We walked in and a very nice aroma greeted us
Ambience is nice and neat! Place wasn't too crowded!
Starters were great
We had the prawn chestnut dumpling
And the chow chu chicken
Mains were the chicken pot rice peppered with mushrooms and veggies
We ordered the Panaeng chicken (Thai) along with Garlic butter rice (prawns)
By itself the rice is bland but goes quite well with the Panaeng chicken
Piece de resistance was the Sizzling Brownie or the flaming brownie!! A sight to behold
However the kimchi was okayish We
They served us jasmine tea and you get fortune cookies at the end!
Our server was Sahil , courteous, friendly and affable! Food chosen was largely based on his recommendation
Word of advice Avoid Sunday afternoons as the servers are v busy and you have to keep asking for elementary things as water to be refilled! The sauces appeared on our table after the lunch was finished
