The best airport I have had to transit in. It has undergone tremendous renovations and constructions due to the last World Cup hosted by Qatar. There are stunning views with impressive architectural designs. Huge monkey mascot is a delight to see and watch by all. There’s a huge green area that simulates a tropical scenery. There are also waterfalls that are sights to behold. There are a lot of free spaces within the airport. Navigating the airport with the conspicuous signs is very easy. There are numerous prayer areas as well as family rooms for relaxation while waiting for flights
There’s a reason why it’s the #1 airport in the world and you can feel and experience it when you’re there. It’s a very big and spacious airport with each and every corner of the airport worth visiting.
The operations are smooth here and a lot of signboards to help you out. A lot of big brands to shop from and many options for food as well.
You will easily find a lot of rest areas if you’re having a long layover. You can visit the quiet rooms and rest there while charging your phones.
The garden area is a MUST VISIT. It’s so serene and beautiful the way they put it inside an airport. In my opinion, this airport looks more like a shopping mall and it’s so beautiful!!

One of the best airports I have visited. The atmosphere is very pleasant and not too rushed. Everything moves smoothly. There are plenty of shops to visit and shop at. The orchard (garden) is beautiful and relaxing. Prayers rooms, drinking water in almost every corner of the airport. Really impressed 🙏
Definitely my favorite airport just because of that amazing forest within. What a beauty! I spent quite sometime inside that place, which was so pretty and felt like a real forest at some part.
Plenty of restaurants to choose from and that was a nice thing too. Loved strolling around this amazing piece of architecture. One must say it's an architectural marvel. Need to be there to experience it. Definitely my next transit would be via Doha if the opportunity presents.

We had a Transit experience in May 2024. It is a very big airport. Very attractive. We had quick security check because it was not crowded that moment. But! Every traveler could have different experiences. It has extensive shopping options. Food court is huge. Also, it has many popular franchises from all over the world. It was good 3 hr experience. Staff is very cooperative. It is very clean. You will find restrooms easily on each gate. Very clean!
The airport is beautiful. Be ready to walk a lot. It's advanced, fancy, and modern. The duty-free shop has an amazing collection of stuff. The VIP lounge was very poor though which is accessible to lounge-key members. The bookshops are nice. Washrooms are nice. But I didn't find the place exceptionally extraordinary. It's nice not extraordinary
Great airport! Service is wonderful, the place is massive, and there are many restaurants to eat at. I got to have a delicious meal before the second part of my connecting flight to Ethiopia. I hope to come back to this airport soon!
One of the best airports I have been to. Everyone that works here is helpful. They are willing to help. They are friendly and approachable. The prayer facilities are clean and spacious. The train to and from Gates is lovely. There's a variety of food to choose from.
