This is our first time dining in Shangri-la’s Satoo. Truly amazing experience, splendid services were given by all the staffs, especially service by mr. Robby, mr. Dedi, mr. Tajudin, mrs. Septi, and of course amazing food by chef Ferdinand and Chef Alia. Recommended🌟 would definitely come again👍🏻👍🏻

Staycation for 2nights with my family breakfasts are one of the highlights. Great service, great food, great ambience. They even have honeycomb sections!!! Kids were having so much fun too.

Been 7 times visit here since 2015 at my first time. On this week, we already dinner and the food is 7/10.

If you have best effort, can try to ask the marketing for the montly promo with any credit card or loyalty member club.

The ambience was not crowded in the weekdays.

The buffet selection here is quite impressive in terms of layout and presentation. Assorted food ala Japanese, Italian, Indian, Chinese, a few indonesian and Western are there to satisfy the palettes. The desserts are heavenly, colorful and have so many variants, be it a pastry or ice cream and cakes. Taste wise some are impressive such as the chicken white fungus soup, fried noodles, fresh made japanese food and steamed snapper. Sushi is a bit dry and betutu duck is just so so.
Visually the desserts are so pretty and appealing. The doughnut with dark chocolate is really good.
What i like most is they serve jamu or traditional indonesian herbs drink, offered to you directly by the staff, a nice adding value indeed.
Overall a pleasant experience, will be back for sure.
The service is great too.
