Food and service were good. Prices ate quite reasonable. Has a nice looking view of national museum.
Ресторанчик-кофейня с кондиционерами (!). Вид на Национальный музей, не дорогие разнообразные закуски, бургеры и супы. Даже если говорят, что блюдо не острое, все будет традиционно очень жгучее. Исключением был бургер с курой. Заказ лучше повторить несколько раз, наш английский для них непривычен. Кофе много видов не дешёвый, не пробовали, не фанаты кофе. Большой ассортимент свежевыжатых соков.
Great oasis, whilst on our walking tour. Positioned across the road from the spectacula National Museum. I had the best ice coffee of my trip so far and a delicious, fresh mini chicken pie. Service was professional and efficient.
Cute small cafe with a view of the Musuem. Perfect for early morning breakfasts 🥪.

I visited the café in Good Market after hearing a lot about their coffee. The iced coffee was definitely among the better ones I've tried in Colombo, meeting my expectations for taste and quality.
The service was a positive aspect, with the staff being quite friendly and adding a nice touch to the visit. This level of customer interaction is always appreciated and makes the experience more pleasant.
However, while the coffee quality and service were good, some areas could be enhanced. The café's ambience and overall setup were fairly basic and didn't particularly stand out compared to other coffee spots in the area.
Price-wise, it was more affordable than most places in Colombo, which is a plus. But considering the overall experience, it felt like there could be better value for money, especially regarding the café's environment and the variety of options available.

The Brown Bean Coffee has a couple of locations in central Colombo. The larger of the two is located across the street from the National Museum. Service is great. Food is good. Breakfast at less than 3 dollars is great value. Prepared to order, it includes eggs, toast, sausages, fresh fruit and tea. The coffeeshop also makes fresh juices and good brownies.
