The hotel was OK, the rooms felt clean, but smelled like old smoke, in the morning the corridors smelled of fried food from breakfast. The personnel was welcoming.
Location is very bad, from my personal experience I would not return.

The location is walkable from the Frankfurt main Train station. The rooms are very neat and clean and have more facilities to make coffee, use refrigerator and all accessories provided. Breakfast has many varieties of veg, non veg, Bread and softdrinks. The staff were so helpful. Outside walking during late time is not 🚭 safe due to people stay over there. You can go for a walk in day and see some river side scenery.

I stayed in this hotel twice two months ago. On my first visit I booked a room with a double bed and it was super spacious, clean and with a large bathroom. On my second visit I booked the single bedroom and unfortunately I have to say that the whole room was super small and the bed was also very cramped and the entire room also had some signs of wear. That's why I recommend booking the double bed rooms. The staff was super friendly,helpful and you feel welcome. Regarding the location, it is positive that you are centrally located and can reach many things on foot, but of course the hotel is also in the middle of the drug district, which is why you should be aware of that.

Rooms are good not awesome but pretty good, it will be better king size bed and not twins. Location is the WORST of Frankfurt. Many drug people and hopeless. Also big mistake of the staff at first, my room was very bad with broken lights.

Very small rooms. Very old corridors, extremely noisy street at night, you can hear shouting from the street all night tell early morning, streets are full of alcoholics and drug users. Unsafe to go out. Left the hotel next day early even though I payed for too night none refundable. Not recommended at all. Location near train station.

I had the worst experience at this hotel. The receptionist was very rude and disrespectful!

We were early and asked for an early check in. He said there was no room ready. We waited 45min until there was a room ready. When we asked to check in he said he would charge us an extra 10euro. When I asked why he didn’t mention this to us earlier he got loud and put his hand on me.

I asked him to please remove his hand off me and his response was that we should leave the hotel and that he was going to cancel our booking and that he was not going to explain anything to us.

He got louder and louder in front of all guests.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone regardless of the price if they still have such receptionists representing them.

The location is very bad, the place didn’t seem so nice but the fact that the receptionists was rude made it worst.

Don’t book this place!

It is tempting to book this hotel since it's close to the train station, HOWEVER, if you value security and safety especially as a woman, do NOT book this hotel. It is basically a red light district. I traveled with my family, and still did not feel safe.

On to the hotel... when we arrived, the receptionist was not there, and we waited for at least 10 minutes before we checked in. The rooms itself were not the best, they were very dim.

I would not recommend this hotel, and would give it no star if possible.
