Honnêtement nous avons été déçu, 50 minutes d'attente (nous sommes arrivés à 14h30). Les frites étaient mangeable mais rien d'exceptionnel aucun goût de frites, seulement le "fromage" sans goût et une poudre qu'ils rajoutent à leurs mélange.

من اجمل محلات البطاطا في لندن عندهم وصفات مبتكرة الخدمة سريعة وتعتمد على الوقت الي تتواجدون فيه جربت عندهم بطاطا بوصفة الماسالا ( سبايسي ) الحجم الصغير وكانت جميلة ولكن الكمية تكفي 3 اشخاص .

After seeing this place on my Tiktok feed for so long, I decided to try it out. In my opinion, the chips were tasty, but not £12 tasty. I ordered the Masala chips, and waited about 20 mins in the queue (It was a Saturday at 11am - I recommend going early in order to skip the queue). The portion size is generous, enough for 2 people, but I do recommend purchasing some sort of meal with protein to ensure you’re fully satisfied at the end. Finding a seat to eat the chips was also a bit tricky, there are round pods with seats available, but you may need to stand around for a bit until part of the pod becomes available.

Tik tok told me to go, so I went! I wasn’t disappointed they were so yummy!
I do wish they had an even smaller size as the serve was massive and I couldn’t even eat half and hate wasting food. You order with a member from the back of the line (which was 25mins at 2:30pm) to keep things flowing smoothly, which is good however as the menu isn’t displayed anywhere and as it was the first I saw the menu, I felt rushed ordering and didn’t really get to see the menu properly before deciding!

I was really excited to try Funky Chips, drawn in by the creative menu and lively atmosphere. Unfortunately, my visit didn't live up to the hype. Shortly after eating, I experienced stomach issues that put a damper on the rest of my day. While the staff seemed friendly, the impact on my health is hard to overlook. I hope this was just an unlucky fluke, but it has made me hesitant to return. I would caution others to consider this possibility when deciding to eat here.
These were delicious!! The regular size is enough to feed 2 people easily. Highly recommend. Even if you have to wait in line, it moves quickly.
the portions are huuuggggee! very good food and worth the large social media hype. there’s always a long line to order but they’re organized and it moves kind of quickly. it’s a little out of my budget, otherwise i’d come come all the time. it’s def worth checking once if you’re in the area though

The hype for Funky Chips is all over TikTok and Instagram and is it worth it? In my opinion....no. I waited in the queue for around 30 minutes, which I was happy to do so. However, the chips just didn't hit the spot.
I went for the large cheesy chips with crispy onions on top (the onions are an extra by the way). The large portion was huge, more than enough for 2 people. Flavour wise, the chips weren't seasoned enough and the cheese sauce used on top wasn't strong enough. As you can see from the picture the chips look amazing, but the flavours don't match. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

This place is an absolutely NO from me. From the customer service to the food, I was 100% dissatisfied. This place was WAYYY over hyped for no reason.

There's no real menu, only options for sauces and toppings but whenever I asked about making my own choices, he continued to revert me back to only two options, spicy or cheese, even though there were a more options available. This really turned me off.
Eventually, I gave up and my wife ordered just a regular cheese one. While it smelled delicious, the flavor and taste was absolutely not there. The flavors did not mix well and it only tasted of potato skins. The texture was horrible as well. It was too mushy for my liking and did not sit well.
Definitely will not be wasting my money here ever again especially with so many other amazing options of eateries to choose from.
