It is an incredible experience with a really well curated collection from a surprisingly large variety of faiths. Would definitely recommend a visit!
Where can I even start with the amazing experience I had here.
Me and my mother came up on a week day to Glasgow, and decided to pop into this museum to fill time. We were both very interested in it already! The environment was clean and welcoming, and staff greeted us on each floor and entry showing us the way round, offering to answer any questions and truly showing a lovely smile each time.
One staff member in particular, who was downstairs by the zen garden when we visited, showed me a map on places to visit when we came back up, had a chat with me answering questions and offered advice on different events and open places around the area.
Alongside these wonderful people, the museum itself is fascinating. It’s so open and varied from all its artefacts and information. There’s truly something for everyone, and a lovely energy to this place. Even its spectacular view of the cathedral and the necropolis which I’m sure is popular.
Definitely a visit for all, and a huge thank y out for the staff who made it an experience.

This place was closed when I visited and there was no where it says it would be only and on google that it would be. Thankfully the Cathedral and Necropolis were nearby, so it wasn’t a waste travelling there.
Such a beautiful place to visit when you have the time. Some parts of the museum is closed but the amount of things you can see and learn about, is well worth it. Highly recommend it.
I would go for a 3.5 but no option. It is something you can check out in a few minutes and the toilet is a great addition considering the cathedral near by or necropolis have none. So add it to those visits combine :) maybe if you are religious it will be a better visit for you.
When visiting cathedral and necropolis, take a look in this museum as it is located nearby with free entrance. It is providing interesting information on all major religions across the globe. How they are united how they are different all accompanied with typical religious objects. Also small garden offers a touch of harmony.

Jestem pełna podziwu ile eksponatów, i to bardzo ciekawych posiada to muzeum w swojej kolekcji.
Różnego rodzaju religie ukazane w galerii, człowiek nie zdaje sobie sprawy ile tak na prawdę istnieje wierzeń na świecie.
Różne ciekawostki z życia religijnego,również dla najmłodszych ciekawe quizy podczas zwiedzania.
