Great location, great place and nice staff! They have apartments in different places, we stayed in Celetná street and it was only three minutes away from the Old Town Square! The staff were helpful, the flat was clean and had kitchen utensils we needed. They had a washing machine but didn't have detergent for that tho, so keep in mind that. Overall i was very pleasant during my stay, would love to go there again.

Great experience, the 2 bedroom apartment was ideally located and perfect for our needs (just a heads up there were a few flights of stairs to it in case that's an issue for you).
The staff were friendly and very accommodating when we requested an additional bed at short notice. Deposit returned swiftly. Would recommend.

Starting note they are a company with quite a lot of apartments scattered in Prague. We were a group of 6 people and we were in Kaprova Street, GREAT location. One side it was 5 minutes away from Charles Bridge and on the other side 1 minutes away from the old town square.

The apartment was spacious. Separate 3 bedroom apartment and double beds, big kitchen with a dining table. A shower room and toilet room which was helpful as we were 6. Heating perfect, hot water perfect and pressure! Surprisingly quiet since we were there the new years weekend. Amazing view!! Very safe place with locks, however complicated to get it, it felt safe.

Before check in they provide an online check in which can be used online or through an application and they also ask for a €200 deposit for any damages. Since we did it all that a day before we didn't have any delay with check in, but make sure if you arrive past midnight to let them know. As we saw in reviews that some didn't receive the deposit on time or never we made sure to keep the apartment clean as possible and avoid being loud. Luckily we received the refund on the same day. FYI, if you want to leave luggage after check out there is a €5 per bag/luggage.

As a group we had an amazing stay, very pleased and happy. Most of all the best deal in price for time and location!

Do Not Stay! The company running and managing these apartments are VERY VERY BAD. To begin with the staff members May and Chris are both very poor at communicating, interacting and providing proper information. Prior to arrival we were told that we would be able to leave our bags in a secure place at the reception if our rooms were not ready for us. Upon arrival we were then told that we would have to pay €5 per luggage left behind. This was conveniently left out of the prior agreement and our prior arrangement was not honoured in any manner. Following this whilst staying at the apartments I had the unfortunate experience of falling from their beds whilst sleeping at night !! The actual fact that I turned in my sleep and the corners of the bed frame came apart causing me to fall into the bed and injuring my shoulder. I could not sleep the entire night and when looking at the bed it was clear that the metal joint holding the bed frame together was not secure at all. The following morning myself and my group went to reception to explain this all in full and we were met with a very rude and abrasive Mai who refused to acknowledge the incident or fault and had no sympathy to the liable injury they caused me. Chris who claimed to be customer relations had zero interpersonal skills and refused to provide management details. A promise was made that compensation would be put in place for the injuries caused and inconvenience towards the entire group. Yet to DATE not a single positive discussion has been had. On top of all of this they illegally attempted to withhold our deposit money and it took us having to go to our banks to retrieve our money. I say it once and I say it again. DO NOT STAY.

Very bad experience.
First of all, the address they give is just the reception place, then you need to walk 1km to the actual apartment, carrying all your bags. Then, the pictures they show on booking of the apartment have nothing to do with the one you get. Really high prices. A real scam.

Everything fine except:
1. Final location of the apartment was 1 min from train station and not the Adresse listed on booking.com
2. Apartment had no window shades. Only transparent ones so it was always bright because of the lights on the street in the room. Also no real privacy because you could always see through the transparent blindes. This is why I would encourage the owners to add some blackout curtains to the apartment
3. Apartment walls are not isolated. Every noise or word is like it is in the same room. Is not so much of a problem for me but I want to note it for others
4. Moist unpleasant smell in the whole apartment. Afterwards all our cloths smelled like they where still in the apartment

Overall okay- blackout curtains would improve the whole experience heavily. I found it positive that for the excess only a pin with a keyboard at the door was used, so no keys needed.
