We went there yesterday and had a great time! The experience was fantastic, and the staff were incredibly helpful. I especially appreciated Shaqil who assisted in taking our photos very patiently and Sabrina who helped us in counter and entertained my kids in many ways. Overall, all the staff were very friendly and made our visit enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The place is run down, the only activities were the bumper car ride and sliding down. The igloo is closed down while there are signs saying it's there.
Lucky for us, not many visitors so didn't have to wait too much for sliding down as there's only one track.
The bumper car ride is almost not lit at all and the car I had was not working properly.
The 'snow' is actually crushed ice. If you plan a date to play with snowballs, forget it.
You do get a jacket and boots but they have stains over them and the gloves didn't insulate.
The worst was that you are not allowed to take pictures or videos.
The only reason I can imagine why someone would want to visit is to experience cold but you are probably better off sitting in your fridge.
