The bus from Jewel to T4 took so long!!! Should increase the frequency since there’s no connecting sky train or buses. There should have an electronic panel to indicate what is the next arriving bus as well! This is something CAG need to improve on.
It used to be the best of Asia, now let's be honest, post COVID, not sure why everything is still kept shut...To start with i love Singapore and Changi airport and this review is only to improvise it and not to complain..
issue no 1...Food court..even though it says its 24x7, many are closed.. And there are so many late night flights
No 2.. They had amazing massage chairs, which is removed.. In this midnight hour, i see ppl stretching and sitting in corners to ease themselves
No 3.. all exclusives like free movies are closed untill further notice.. What would a person do if he has a early morning flight..i came early with the hope of seeing things like Jewel and movie, but to my disappointment. They were closed..
Changi airport - you showed the world, how a model airport could look like, please don't fade away..a humble fans request

Best airport in the world and soon to be even better. Changi airport will the raise the bar dramatically for the mid to long term future of airports around the world. Changi sets the gold standard for airport efficiency merged with developing an airport as a themed tourist attraction
