Nice mall. Spacious dining area. Great arcade for kids. Nice cafe on the terrace. However, it is a bit complicated design that makes the visitor lost easily!. Even the labels in the lift is more complicated with more than a letter and number. However, it is recommended

Horrible experience an hour ago, Terrible customer service, avoid this branch at all cost. The sales rep should not be working there, was there half an hour ago, the sales rep wanted to finish his food so he asked if we can take a walk and come back when he finishes. Should be reported. Extremely rude and unprofessional

Nice compact mall with high designer brands shops (extremely expensive compared with European and Gulf countries). I bought myself one pair jeans/denim trousers from Palzileri shop and I paid £300 (which included a 30% discount!!). Unfortunately I found the trousers to be a “good” fake. I was very annoyed and I called the shop assistant who sold me the trousers but he insisted that they were genuine Palzileri! I certainly doubt it as I have a good collection of Italian designer jeans bought from Ermenegildo Zegna and Palzileri which I bought in UK and Italy - The finishing and material on these are of much higher quality.
A decent mall. 5 floors, low ceilings, nothing too fancy, no WOW factor but decent. WCs are clean and plentiful, although hidden down long dim halls. Parking underneath in garage, gratis (after security). Not too crowded on a hot weekday. Plenty of places to sit and rest, where nobody bugs you to buy something. Food court upstairs is a bit depressing, spare selections of mostly junky foods. Lots of very upscale stores packed together, lots of midrange stores too. No complaints. Nice respite from hot dusty noisy urban streets.
Good mall with lots of attractions and places to see across multiple floors in addition to a cinema and many restaurants. Smartbuy has a somewhat big branch there so it's easy to spend some time at Taj mall.
Most banks are available there and there's a money exchange shop where you can send and receive international payments or exchange money at good rates.

This is another shopping mall located in Amman. We arrived here using Google maps. The mall is quite big and divided into 3 main parts, north court, east court, and south court. You will find many big brand clothes here like mango, etc. Electronic store is in the lower floor. The food court is in T1 and you can find several foods like shawerma, indian food, chinese food, etc. The toilet is quite clean. The entertainment area for kids is on the top floor. They also have a cinema. Free wifi is accessible for the clients. Underground parking is available. Next to the shopping mall, it is a street where you can find Embassies offices.
