Hot King in Chinatown is naar eigen zeggen gespecialiseerd in Shezuan gerechten. Het bestellen ging via een tablet. Voorgerecht werd mooi geserveerd. Het hoofdgerecht (buikspek met gebakken rijst met garnalen) stond al snel op tafel. Wachttijd voor het eten was maximaal vijf minuten. Gebakken rijst met garnalen was heerlijk. De buikspek was op zich wel lekker, alleen vind ik dat ze na het wokken bepaalde ingrediënten uit de schaal moeten halen voordat ze het serveren, zoals pimentkorrels en gember. Als je namelijk hierop kauwt is je hele smaak verpest. Het vlees zelf zat te weinig vet aan.

Very good affordable Chinese restaurant. If you want real authentic Chinese this is a good place to go, as it offers many traditional dishes. all the dishes we tried were delicious, we especially recommend getting the peking duck and trying their cold cut beef (which you can mix with hot rice to create a very good meal). all these dishes were very inexpensive, so its also a great restaurant for people on a budget!

The food was delicious and the presentation was perfect. The portions were just enough for everyone's liking. It was a shared dining, which is recommended because then you will have the full experience of the diversity of flavours.

Really good food, we should have asked for the normal spicy tofu. The setting and looks of the restaurant were great as well. Meat was nice and juicy and good spice. I do feel like they have even better dishes for a 5 star.

Restaurant très high tech et « classe ».
On commande avec un iPad, le mobilier est assez moderne et joli (à mon goût), les plats sont excellents mais épicés, attendez-vous à ce qu’ils le soient tous, car c’est la spécialité du resto (Sichuan).
Prix assez élevés (80€ pour 2 personnes sans vin et alcool et sans dessert)

Ne craignez pas la chaleur des épices, associé au régal d'un repas de roi ! 🍜
Le personnel de plie en quatre dans un décor aux couleurs de l'Asie très chaleureux où le client est bien le roi et le palais finit bien en feu ! 🌶️🚽
