A bit insane that the concept of Mexico and Mexican tastes, cuisine, flavours and food can be applied to British ingredients . An incredible experience. Thank you so much to the whole team for a fabulous experience. In particular wish to thank Enrique as he was superb, kind and made us feel extremely welcome and looked after (Gracias por los buñuelos hombre). The whole team were fantastic and food terrific though so thank you all!
Food v bland. The £30+ wagyu taco supplement tasted of hazelnuts only, couldn't taste the meat at all. The tacos were nice but the rest was unremarkable.. All quite lacking in spice and minimal seasoning. Also hungry after despite multiple courses as the portions were teeny (we did the shorter lunch tasting menu which was £125 per head excluding drinks so mind it was slightly less than the bigger tasting menu). Definitely not worth the huge price. It has a hotel feel to it as well, so lacks atmosphere. Not a terrible experience but won't be back. Service was fine but it's a different person for every course which feels a bit random/unnecessary seeing as it was a quiet day at the restaurant.
KOL restaurant provided the best culinary experience I've ever had. The atmosphere was sophisticated, the decor modern, and the team was both professional and friendly. As for the food, it was simply divine - each dish a masterpiece of flavor and presentation. Highly recommended for an unforgettable dining experience.
A sprint through Mexican cuisine, with only the sauces on a number of dishes standing out. The nine courses on the dinner menu, plus drinks, cheese, and tea, must be finished in three hours. Be their guest if you're happy to be asked over and over again if you're done with your dish, while paying haute cuisine prices.
There is just the tasting menu and its absolutely delish from start to finish. Mexican elements were blended well into the dishes.
I went a couple years ago, so my review might be old but it still holds from what I hear from friends who have recently visited. Do check out the bar as well!

Top 30 in the world despite of that it is just Michelin 1 Star. The Mexican elements were blended well into the dishes. The purple carrot in their Mole is as tasty as beef jerky. The halibut taco is great. Might be THE most impressive and creative 1 star restaurant I have ever tried.
